1.0 Definitions
1.1 Student: A person intending to enrol or attending any of the courses, workshops, and/or practical day/s or on-line learning
1.2 Course: A Course of study with Animal Magic Training©
1.3 Day/s: Learn @ Home / Workshops and Practical Day/s
1.4 Course duration: The completion time duration of the full diploma courses are usually 36 months unless otherwise stated in the training manuals
1.5 Fees: The Course fee and all other expenses relating to the courses, payable by the Student to Animal Magic Training©
1.6 Payment Process: The process of enrolling and paying for a course is through this website only
1.7 Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions for course enrolment and fee payment for student courses, workshops, and practical on-site days.
2.0 The Contract
2.1 Your place on any Animal Magic Training© course or on-site day is not confirmed until you have paid in full or initiated the first payment of an agreed payment plan and have completed and returned the enrolment form or enrolled on-line
2.2 After payment of any Animal Magic Training© course, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received and accepted your payment. The contract between yourself and Animal Magic Training© & N. J. Senior will only be formed when you receive that acknowledgement of the paid course. You will then be sent an enrolment form if you haven’t already enrolled via our website
2.3 Payment of fees by a person or organisation other than the Student constitutes a contract for the provision of a Course between such person or organisation and Animal Magic Training© & N. J. Senior
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Through applying, enroling and paying for any Animal Magic Training© course or workshop, applicants are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.
3.2 It is the Student’s responsibility to ensure that Animal Magic Training’s fees in respect of the Course (as stated on the website and in other course publicity) and all other fees and expenses relating to the course, (some of which may be subject to a separate agreement), are paid by any deadline notified.
3.3 Any information displayed on our website during the application process in respect of the amount of fees due from the student is the definitive fee at the time of enrolment
3.4 All payments must be made in GB Pounds Sterling. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment or in processing a refund shall be borne by the student or the third party making payment and shall not be deductible from the fees due to Animal Magic Training©.
©N. J. Senior & Animal Magic Training. All instalment payments must be made in full before the release of your chosen course.
3.5 We reserve the right to increase the cost of any on-site training days in accordance with any unforeseen charges levied by a venue or third party.
4.0 Cancellations and refunds
4.1 Cancellations by you by written email within fourteen days of payment being received by Animal Magic Training for distance learning or on-site training courses only are given. This is in line with the statutory 14 day cooling off period. All refunds are less 30% administration fee. No refunds are given whatsoever, under any circumstances in relation to purchases of Learn @ Home / on-line foundation training courses. No refunds are given whatsoever for on-line or Learn @ Home Implementor level training. No refunds are given whatsoever for on-line or Learn @ Home Practitioner level training . No refunds are given whatsoever if you pay for any course by paying by our instalments option. No refunds are given under any circumstances for 1-1 training dates booked. Once the course is emailed by us or we have confirmed your place by email, irrespective of course materials being released, there is no refund option. it is your responsibility to ensure you have chosen the right course and have the device and programme to complete the course and the programmes to play and listen to supporting video and audio.
4.1.1 You have the right to cancel any contract for the provision of a place on any on-site course any time within fourteen days, beginning on the day you have received our acknowledgement email of your place being secured on the course. In each case, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the on-site course date/s or instalment, less 30% administration fee. In line with the Consumer Rights Act, you have thirty days in which to request a refund.
4.1.2 If you choose to purchase and join an on-site course that is due to commence within 14 days of purchase or choose a course which has course material in digital form or via our on-line learning platform, you will waive the cancellation and refund rights in respect of the purchase.
4.1.3 Once the course has been received or accessed via our on-line sever or has been completed, you do not have a right to cancel, even if this is with fourteen days of the date of the contract

4.2 Cancellation by you after fourteen days
4.2.1 If you cancel your place on an on-site course at any time after expiry of the fourteen-day period you will not be entitled to a refund
4.2.2 In special circumstances you may be able to transfer your enrolment to a different course run by Animal Magic Training© subject to a £45 administration fee. Course fees already paid can be transferred to the new course, and any outstanding balance must be paid in full before you can be registered on the new course. No refund will be given if the cost of the new course is less than the cost of the original course
4.2.3 To cancel a contract after fourteen days, but within thirty days, please inform us by email to: animalmagictraining@gmail.com explaining your reason for requesting the cancellation, details of the course you are cancelling. You will not be able to enrol on another course with a rollover of monies should you cancel a second time
4.3 Cancellation by us
4.3.1 We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the course or on-site training day as outlined on the website and in any brochure. However, we reserve the right to:
• make reasonable adjustment to the timetable, location or instructors specified for a course or day; and
• make reasonable amendments to the content and syllabus of a course or on-site day when necessary
4.3.2 We reserve the right to cancel any course or on-site day by giving you notice in writing at any time before the course is due to start. We will then offer a transfer to another course as an alternative
4.3.3 For cancellation of a course which has been made in instalments, the student will be liable to pay for the whole course or on-site day within 14 days of cancellation
4.3.4 Animal Magic Training© will not accept liability for any costs or losses incurred by students or organisations which are claimed to have arisen through on-site cancellation, other than for those stated here. You are strongly advised to take out insurance against cancellation of any on-site course if your travel and accommodation costs are likely to be substantial.
4.3.5 All Learn @ Home diploma courses are on PDF format and are completed on your own pc by self structured learning. Before you purchase any course you should ensure your device/s can open PDF files that will be emailed to you and have the correct software to view any course videos or listen to any course audio files, if there are any included. After purchasing the course, you will complete an enrolment form, which pops up automatically. We’ll then process your enrolment and send your course via email within ten days (if purchased by Stripe) or within five working days if you pay via PayPal. Each module should be completed in turn. At the end of each module there is a an applied learning section to complete which compounds and enhances your knowledge of the subject and forms part of the required course criteria for professional certification. With some courses there are supporting videos to view. Learn at home courses are not on-line courses, they are self-structured packages completed on your pc by email. We cannot accept individual modules for marking only complete course elements. With some courses there is a time delay between part release. This is know as a ‘research period’. This timeframe is where the student undertakes additional personal research into their dedicated subject area enabling them to further their knowledge before progressing onto subsequent course parts. You are required to complete all written and recorded audio or video assessment. No allowances can be made.
4.3.6 CPD – Due to the provision of quality diploma level training courses for over twenty five years, we choose not to be part of the CPD movement.
5.0 Visual and/or audio recordings
5.1 The organisers may take visual and/or audio recordings of students during the courses or days and reserve the right to use these for promotional, management or educative purposes (in the United Kingdom or overseas). Students’ individual consent for this will be assumed to have been granted unless otherwise indicated by students by email, prior to the start of the on-site course.
6.0 Acceptable behaviour
6.1 Animal Magic Training© operates a Zero Tolerance policy to protect our students and any staff at the training venue. We will not accept any unacompanied walking around the training venue or site, no recording equipment including camera may be used by students in any circumstances. We operate a no tolerance zone for students to make contact with any animals on-site used for training or otherwise, out of the set practical training times. You will be asked to leave the course if you do not adhere to the above regulations.
7.0 Discount vouchers
7.1 Voucher discounts do not apply to anything else other than the course they apply to
7.2 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one voucher may be used per course
7.3 Your place on the course is not confirmed until you have paid in full or have paid the first instalment of an agreed payment plan
8.0 One to one Mentor and Masterclass sessions
8.1 Mutually arranged time slots for both mentor and one to one masterclasses must be adhered to by the student. The student must ensure they are able to connect to Skype at the mutually arranged time. If connection is unable to be processed by the student then they will forfeit the session and will have to book another. No refunds will be given should the student be unable to attend the mentor or masterclass training session. On occasion Niki may need to rearrange a pre-arranged mentor or masterclass session. In this instance you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or have a refund on the session arranged. Masterclass sessions will not exceed 1 hour. Connection will be terminated after 60 minutes.
9.0 Variations to the Terms and Conditions
9.1 Animal Magic Training© reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will be that published on this website at the present time.
9.2 Animal Magic Training reserves the right to cancel the student’s training at any time along with providing any such refund should it be deemed that any student on any Animal Magic Training course should fall short of requirements within their portfolio submission or fail to meet the necessary requirements of AMT to become a professional animal health therapist under our tutelage.

ALL COURSES ARE SENT BY EMAIL THIRTEEN DAYS AFTER YOUR ENROLMENT FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED. PLEASE ENSURE THE COURSE YOU ARE PURCHASING COVERS THE CONTENT YOU REQUIRE BY READING THE COURSE SYLLABUS THOROUGHLY AND ASKING ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE COURSE. DUE TO LEGALITIES SURROUNDING COURSE PLAGIARISM WE CANNOT REFUND COURSES SENT BY EMAIL.
